For candidates

Prompt Recruiting Ltd never charges a candidate a fee. If anyone claiming to represent us asks you for money, it isn’t us.

Applying to a role is your permission for us to put you forward for it. We won’t send your CV or personal details to any other employer without asking you first.

Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, and we don’t guarantee that an application leads to an interview or a role.

For clients

Our terms are agreed in writing with each client before we start work on a role, and set out in that client’s engagement letter.

Where a client agrees to publish a salary band or interview process and later withdraws that permission, we may take the advert down.

Using this site

You may not scrape, resell or systematically extract the job listings, and you may not submit an application on behalf of someone else without their knowledge.

Liability and law

We provide the site as-is and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
