Who we are
Three of us. Before this we built backend services, wrote firmware for a medical device and designed FPGA signal chains. That is why we can read your spec, ask sensible questions about it and tell which must-haves are really preferences.
How we work
We don’t cold call. Candidates tell us how and when they may be contacted, and we stick to it. Every application is scored against the role’s must-haves with fixed rules, then read by one of us, who replies by email either way.
